POW Tom Chambers uses all kinds of photo manipulation in these images to get the story out of the photos. What is it about these photos, mention these things specifically, the lighting, the angles, the framing, the cropping, the special effects, that brings the STORY out to you? What could you take from Tom Chambers as far as telling a story with your photographs?
The lighting really makes the image look almost serious. Reminds me of something you would see in a nightmare. The faming has the subject of the photo on point so you can see the point or purpose of the story. Like I mentioned, the photos remind me of something I would see in a nightmare. It’s very mysterious and makes me want to know more.

I think that the things that bring out the pictures is the edits and the extra items in the picture that make you think why are they there are what is it about , its all different objects but they all tie together and tell a story of why the picture is put together the way it is , the lightings bring out like if its darker i think its more dramatic sad or depressing and if its lighter i think its more soothing, happy and joyous,

These photos are of things that don’t look normal or that are things that get you thinking about what is going on in those pictures like the cake with the birds it makes you think that somehow this girl is messed up or something tragic happened. The lighting makes us think that something dark or evil is going on around her. And also the car in the water makes you think that something happened to the car like it went over the cliff or something and she is trying to escape. The angles makes you interested using the rule of thirds.

The images by the photographer really do a great job at creating a story with a Halloween-like theme. The way that most of the pictures contain a lot of orange lighting, and many of them have "spooky" effects such as bats or crows really make the pictures look mysterious, and it also causes you to be asking a lot of questions about the picture even though it doesn't really make sense.

All of the pictures involve animals or some sort of nature. He has really unique angles and framing. His special effect is what makes the picture amazing, because its stuff that you don’t see people always taking pictures of. All of his images seem like they would be a great story, and ask a lot of questions. You have to think of inserting and unique pictures. You can’t just go out and find a picture to take you have to create the picture.

All of these photos involve animals or some sort of nature and the lighting is dark in almost all the photos. his angles are low to the ground of up high above eye level but some is i level but it was appropriate in the photo. in one of the photos the cropping looks good how the person with the cake if there was a head then it wouldn't have the story look but with out the head it has that question who is it?. What i could take from Tom Chambers as far as telling a story with my photographs is how i would put the camera and the lighting and the topic.

The lighting is exquisite and dark, like the new moon movie kind of scene. The story is brought out to me because every photo has confusion, curiosity and questioning. And it gives me an idea of a strange photo but keeps the viewers wondering, most of the photos are odd though.

I think that the thing that brings out the picture is the brightness and the darkness. It shows the mood of the photographer. The things that make the pictures look cool are that like the dresses are old fashion and the car is too. The house designs are cool how like the map is painted on the wall

Tom Chambers uses a strange lighting in my opinion, it creates a dark twisted kind of feeling to things. I also see that he uses animals on his photos a lot and also some older houses and clothing, but also forests and trees. The most interesting angle I see is the last photo, it’s the only that’s really close to the ground and its tilted slightly to the left, other then I see nothing special to the angles in these photos.

The lighting of these photos seem dark which makes you wonder why they're dark. The way these pictures are taken makes it look like a nightmare, or Halloween effects or like they're trying to hide from something or someone.

The lighting is dark which makes the images more sad and depressing. Chambers use animals and photoshop to improve and edit all of his images. All of his images make viewers want to look at it longer. He uses the rule of thirds for all of the images too. I could add in something unusual in my images to get a story out of it.

The way that chambers angles the camera and uses the special effects to exploit the colors in the photo that matches the mood of the photo adds depth and sophistication to the photo. The setting helps tell the story a long with the main the subjects In his positive photos he creates a warm and calm feeling using the setting and color exposure to support that feeling, and more dark colors and a down or negative setting feel to his more negative photos

These pictures are so amazing. The moral of the stories behind them is to stand out and not do something just because everyone else is doing it.

darkness, these photos have sort of a dark feel. the tint in all the photos only adds to its "creepy" feel. everything seems to have a sad or depressing feel and i feel like photoshop was greatly used in most of these photos, adding blur and sharpness. very well done photos, there giving me a few ideas for my own photos :)

The dark colors bring out sadness and depression in most of the pictures. The animals also bring out the story to me. His photos make me wonder what’s going on in every photo. Every photo has a confusion, like why is there a creepy girl sitting on chair on the horse?

In a lot of these pictures the lighting was dim which gave the pictures a warm and kind of vintage feeling which is really nice. Also all the angles are unique and give a different perspective of the object. The extra space in the picture is not too much that the object is lost but not too much to where it shoves the object into your face, and I think that’s really nice. Also, the temperature in the picture makes it look very autumn, old and cozy. So, basically it looks very rustic. It feels like all of these photos represent struggling animal lovers. They all look sad and lost. I think that after looking at his work I know how I could develop my own style of storytelling pictures, but I really like Tom Chambers’s concept and point of view.

These photos are very creative and interesting because they all have mysterious stories in them. These pictures look like in a fantasy world, I like how the people in the picture have a lot of emotions and I like how they include animals in the picture. The contrast and brightness is perfect, all the pictures are nice and straight. I like how every background looks like it’s at a different state or country these pictures are very good.

I like these photos actually, they are very interesting. I think these photos well most of them have to do with animal's. Most of them seem to be darker maybe as if the person is going through struggles and the animal could cheer them up. They for sure pop a question in my head. The angles seem to be some what normal to what I would think of maybe not others.

The framing, lighting, angles, cropping, and special effects rally bring the images to life. The framing of the characters and subjects are very well done make the image stand out and grab you. The lighting, angles and cropping make it so it is as if the photo is telling a story. And the special effects make the images look at if they're non-fiction, but in a way that the scene has actually happened.
